Batumi City Court has sentenced 7 people detained at the rally to a five-day inprisonment, the other nine detainees were released, including three minors. The Batumi City Court considered the case of 16 personsyesterday.

The Interior Ministry reported that all 40 people detained at the demonstartion excluding seven detainees were released. The ministry says that the administrative process against them are still underway and they will appear before the court.

Investigation is underway, criminal case has been launched.
