The opposition assigns responsibility of the recent developments in Batumi on the government. Zaza Bililashvili, one of UNM leaders made the announcement. " This is the well known Russian Soviet propaganda, to blame others in your deeds,"- says Mr. Bibilashvili.
He has responded on accusations according to which UNM is behind these developments.
Zaza Bibilashvili states that " Dirty Russian forces in Georgian government try to accuse political opponents in provocations".
According to him,

Zaza Bibilashvili says that "the government of the Russian power is dirty, which is trying to shift the responsibility for provocations by political opponents."

Bibilashvili says that the the probability that the law enforcement agencies will investigate the unrest of March 11 is low, because the violators were acting with the government.
