Levan Varshalomidze, a Deputy Chairman of UNM"s political council puts responsibility on developments in Batumi on government.

" Government is responsible for government , which took place in Batumi. Everybody knows that this spontaneous demonstration has not been caused by this certain fine. This fine was the last drop of injustice, nepotism, corruption and poor social background, which has accumulated in our region for the last five years,"- said Levan Varshalomidze.

He believes that the recent developments were in the interests of the State Security Service.
According to him, the group, controlled by the State Security Agency resigned the demonstration into vandalism.
