Kibar Khalvashi may appeal Constitutional Court to take control over Rustavi 2

After the decision of the Strasbourg court Kibar Khalvashi may apply to the Constitutional Court to take control of Rustavi2,. The basis for the appeal may be the restriction of the constitutional right for property.

According to internet agency On.ge, Khalvashi`s lawyer, Paata Salia, does not rule out to continue the dispute in this direction.

"We are thinking what could be a solution in this case so that property right iis protected and the freedom of expression is not violated. We have a right to think about it , and it does not mean that anything is going to happen today or tomorrow, "- said Paata Salia.
