The Court is expected to discuss the case of David Kharshiladze the son of the journalist Eliso Kiladze today. The Lawyer will request his release without any preventive measure, the prosecution, according to the defense, will request imprisonment as a preventive measure. He was charged last night but he did not plead guilty.

"The prosecution"s evidence is only testimony of several police officers, one of whom allegedly received operational information,on the basis my son was arrested and a large amount of drugs was withdrawn , and if they want to convict based on this evidence, it will be pretty hard for them," - said Archil Chubinidze.

The mother, journalist Eliso Kiladze linkss the detention of her son with her activities. Kiladze claims that she would make no deals in exchange for her son`s freedom.
