In order to thoroughly and objectivly study the case of Eliso Kladze`s son, David Kharshiladze, General Inspection started to look into the investigation if the case.

According to reports, those policemen whom Kiladze blames in abusing and planting drugs on her son have been identified. However, the Interior Ministry claimed that in spite of the communication, the General Inspection Office refused the request for cooperation of the Ombudsman`s office at this point .

The Public Defender will appeal the General Inspection with the same request in writing today

At the same time, David Kharshiladze`s defense will appeal the court decision in the coming days.

Eliso Kiladze`s son who has been charged with possession and purchase of a large amount of drugs has been sentenced to a two-month pre-trial detention. Eliso Kiladze says that her son is a personal prisoner of Ivanishvili.
