Shalva Khutsishvili, a Deputy Interior Ministry states that he is going to intrust the investigation to make conclusions regarding to davit Khrshiladze"s detention.

Lawyers of Eliso Kiladze"s son appealed against his pre-trial detention.

"Firstly, the investigation is ongoing. Second, the procedure is not over yet. As I know the appeal process continues and the General Inspection studies this issue. Conclusions should be made after official inquiries and procedures,"- said Shalva Khutsishvili.
