Davit Kharshiladze"s lawyers have appealed against his pre-trial detention.
According to his lawyer there are no evidences in the case. According to Archil Chubinidze, there are testimonies of only three police officers and search and detainment protocols.

ElisoKiladze believes that her son was detained due to her professional activities.

" There were some backstage themes, which were linked to my welfare. Bidzina Ivanishvili was a guarantor himself. In case of my approval my meeting with him was being planned. After hearing my position , that my career does not depend on my son"s detainment, they have aggravated the article,"- said Eliso Kiladze.
