Eliso Kiladze, a chief editor of "The Chronicle Plus"newspaper criticized law enforcement agencies. She noted that the law enforcement authorities had not sealed the mobile phone of her son , David Kharshiladze.

"At least they should have a reasonable doubt that he may have contacted an unidentified person by telephone, or text messaged someone. They are not interested in detailed information regarding whom he had communicated , at least in the last one week, "- Eliso Kiladze.
