GYLA calls on law enforcement bodies to study the issue. The organization members inform the City hall MPs on documents.

The organization reinforces its assumption with a number of arguments. Non-governmental organization believes that the City Hall"s position, that Nazghaidze"s propoerty was seized due to an urgent need is unfounded, Because the property did not belong to Zviad Nazghaidze. It belonged to Bank of Georgia.

" At this stage the doubts , which are sufficient to ensure that the investigation will be interested in this case, are reasoned. They should study if a crime was commited by public officials ,"- says Ana Natsvlishvili.
