Giorgi Kvirikashvili states that the government does not see arguments, why the agency should be subjected to the head of government instead of the State Security Service.

" The remarks have been considered carefully. We have not seen any direct argument, why the agency should be subordinated to the Prime Minister directly. This is very important draft, which is significant for security of our country"- the Prime Minister said.
