Ana Dolidze , President"s parliamentary secretary made explanation about the President"s veto on the so-called wiretapping law. According to her, the body, which conducts wiretapping should be independent from the State Security Service.

" The Constitutional Court stated that the body which carries out wiretapping should be independent from investigation. State Security Service is an investigative body, that"w why this agency can not be linked to it,"- said Ana Dolidze.
