"On Monday we will register a limited liability company, Rustavi2 team will be the company`s name and the company will be holder of 51% of the shares," - the broadcasting company Rustavi 2 Director General Nika Gvaramia, made a comment on the latest offer of the Karamanishvili brothers.

Gvaramia noted that the Rustavi 2 team was having a meeting at 19:00 and it will decide how many people will be included in the team of Rustavi-2. That means, it wiill be defined who will be shareholders and in charge of management.

Brothers Karamanishivli offered to hold a public discussion on the subject of and have consultations in a business mode in order to distribute shares fairly and openly .
