In the center of the capital, in Abashidze Street, in a few centimeters from a three-story house, 11-storey building is being built. The lawyer of the company which is conducting the construction is the brother of Tbilisi Mayor David Narmania.

Local residents learned about the construction by chance and found out that Narmania`s brother was planning to destroy their house as well and this plan is being considered in the City Hall.

City Council member Alexander Elisashvili has been accusing David and Irakli Narmania of conducting illegal actions for many years, but none of the relevant had any respose to the expressed charges.

The facts of illegal construction got in the Ombudsman`s report, who has advised the City hall to cancel issuingvpermits for uncontrolled constuctions. However ,Irakli Narmania continues to settle issued with illegal constructions.
