The President signs a bill on so-called wiretapping. Giorgi Margvelashvili"s parliamentary Secretary made the announcement at the special briefing today.
" According to the Constitutional Court"s decision, a new system of so-called wiretapping should be enacted from March 31, 2017. Despite the fact that the Parliament refused to consider the President"s objections, we have missed the opportunity to create new, independent system. The president respects the Constitutional Court and its decision and signs the law, adopted by the parliament,"- Ana Dolidze said.
