Deacon Giorgi Mamladze`s lawyers are going to appeal City Court decision and also appeal against his pretrial detention.

The defense can not accept the arguments based on which the court has not changed imprisonment for release on 20 thousand GEL bail.
In parallel the Center for Human Rights is preparing a lawsuit.with regard to the so-called cyanide case for Strasbourg. They appeal against the obligation to keep silent imposed on lawyers by the prosecution.
