NGO`s informed the representatives of the Venice Commission that the text of the Constitutional amendment draft is unknown for the opposition. The NGOs said that the European experts have said that the document was provided too late to them as well.

The civil sector disapproved the proposed Constitutional amendments. They have remarks on the election rules of the President and limiting his rights.
They also are dissatisfied in connection with the parliamentary elections model, which envisages unequal distribution of mandates and prohibition of blocks .

"The opposition has also raised the problem of discussion as one side has familarized itself with the document while the other side has not seen the document. However, the Commission noted that they were provided with this document quite late as well. We have raised several issues regarding the rules of Presidential election and the election model, "- said the head of GYLA Anna Natsvlishvili.
