The Court has announced a final decision on the case of Center Point. Rusudan Kervalishvili, one of Center Point" founders was detained at the court this morning. She and her sister- Maia Rcheulishvili are accused of fraudulently pocketing 11 million GEL . Maia Rcheulishvili was not able to attend the trial herself, due to her health condition.

As Nino Daraseli, Rusudan Kervalishvili"s daughter states, the family is going to appeal the decision.

" No one is more interested to fix this problem than our family. Because when problems of victims will be solved, out problems will be solved as well, but what we faced today? Construction suspended 4 years ago , devastated family and even more affected victims,"- Nino Daraseli said.

A lawyer of Rcheulishvili family states, that she is dissatisfied with the court"s decision
