The "Movement for Freedom - European Georgia" is going to appeal the so-called wiretapping law in the Constitutional Court.

Opposition parties believe that the law is unconstitutional and request consideration of their comments in the legislative package.

"We have exhausted all the ways to prevent the adoption of this harmful law, however, the parliamentary majority and the coalition had not taken into consideration remarks of any political party, neither of the parliamentary minority nor of non-governmental organizations. Also, they have overriden the presidential veto and actually adopted the legally deficient law. Accordingly, the primary goal of European Georgia is to achieve the protection of our personal lives, "- said Giorgi Tugushi.
