The Minister of Education and Vice Prime Minister speak about the President"s annual address , which will be delivered at the parliament.

" I do not see the necessity of debates, However I have nothing against it,"- said Aleksandre Jejelava.
According to him, he has not decided yet whether to attend the president"s speech.

"We know that the Prime Minister and several ministers will congratulations are not yet over,"- Alexandre Jejelava said.
