Founders and former shareholders of " Rustavi 2" claim that the domain- Rustavi2.com was owned by Davit Dvali over the years and yesterday he decided to regain it.

" This domain did not belong to anyone else in last 17 years. The situation does not go in the desired direction. First of all, the legal process is deadlocked. I mean Strasbourg. Strasbourg is a dead end in regard to timing and it is a dead end for us. because we do not participate in this process. We are afraid that i will turn out that instead of so-called restoration of Justice, we will get a dirty backroom deal between the two governments, representatives of the old and new government , "- said David Dvali.

David Dvali and Jarji Akimidzemake a statement in regard to the broadcasting company as well. According to them, they are going to start a legal process to gain back Rustavi2 and don"t rule out the possibility of appealing to the Strasbourg Court.
