The family members of Guram Rcheulishvili are waiting for his release form the custody at the penal institution N8.

Guram Rcheulisvili has been released from the pre-trial detention.
The judge"s decision was based on the prosecution`s motion.

Guram Rcheulisvili will leave prison after paying 30 000 GEL as bail.

At the same time, by the judge"s decision, Guram Rcheulishvili will be confiscated of his passport.

Prosecutors had been demanding the release of Guram Rcheulishvili in exchange of a bail worth 50 000 GEL.

He is accused of embezzlement of 19 million lari.
