Non-parliamentary opposition members talk about appeals against wiretapping law. The member of the Republican Party Tamar Kordzaia stated that such a system can not exist as it is not constitutional.

"Privacy infringement is manifested in the fact that the same agency such as State security agency still has the opportunity to listen to the people while according to the decision of the Constitutional Court this type of system is not constitutional," - said Kordzaia.

Free Democrats political secretary Nino Goguadze believes that the GD is threatening the freedom of citizen.

"In the name of state security the Georgian Dream has violated the Constitutional Court`s decision, jeopardizing the freedom of our citizens," - said Goguadze.
