Today, it will be known whether the City Court accepts the motion on the change of preventive measure filed by the lawyers of Eliso Kiladze`s son, Davit Kharshiladze.

According to the defense side, the basis for changing the preventive measure should be the video footage taken by an eyewitness, where the detention process is depicted.

Eliso Kiladze has already filed a video footage showing the detention of her son in the Prosecutor`s Office. The defense has also appealed to the investigative agency to stop criminal prosecution against Davit Kharshiladze.
