Ucha Nanuashvili says regarding the initiative of the members of the Council of Justice to make the offence of judges punishable,that  the response to the criticism should be not the introduction of additional regulations but the improvement of court`s activities.

"Then let"s intoduce it regarding all professional groups and have half of Georgia imprisoned. I have not heard any argument about why such change is needed, Respect for the court should increased first and foremost, by the activity of the court and those decisions which will be fair and will make the society have more confidence in the judicial institutions, " - Ucha Nanuashvili said.
