The High Council of Justice will discuss the issue of disciplinary punishment for several judges today. This part of the session will be closed. It is not clear what violations and which judges are to be discussed . There is no comment on this issue from the council.

Today, members of the Council will discuss the proposal of the Public Defender, which deals with prevention of discrimination.

The Ombudsman`s proposal envisages defining the capacity for people with disabilities. The Public Defender demands that every such person be evaluated on the basis of individual expertise.
