A meeting with the President of Georgia on the constitutional amendments has failed. The ruling team has refused to discuss the draft constitution with the president. Georgian Dream believes that the re-launch of consultations is inappropriate at this stage, as the new draft constitution has already been adopted by two hearings .

Opposition parties talk about their demands. Members of the "National Movement" say that the government is not going to make any concessions, according to which he said that the Prime Minister"s talk about dialogue is absurd.

According to Salome Samadashvili, the withdrawal of constitutional amendments is vitally important for the government, because they need it to maintain the power.

" In the case of transition to the proportional system they have no change to win 2020 elections, therefore they are interested in only one thing and they do not care about anything else ,"- said Salome Samadashvili.

"European Georgia" blames the government for replication of lies as well.

"The only resource of this government is replication of lies,"- said Giorgi Tugushi.

The non-parliamentary opposition is waiting for a consensus on the new constitution"s project .

"Now the ball is in the government"s pitch, They have to offer you a place, time and address. We are ready for negotiations to change of this electoral system,"- said Giorgi Akhvlediani.
