United National Movement demands amendments to the budget of Georgia. These amendments aim to ensure that the government will not be able to make any unplanned expenditures from the budget bypassing the parliament.

According to the opposition, the government spends funds allocated from the reserve fund mainly for political purposes.

"We implied mechanisms, which provide any kind of expenditures, only with the parliament"s permission. This way we will avoid embezzlement of the budget funds , "said Roman Gotsiridze.
