Otar Abesadze, will officially be charged of taking bribes today.

The Detained high ranking official of the City Hall is at the preliminary detention isolator in the so-called module building.

Abesadze was detained late at night yesterday. Irma Chkadua, his lawyer is going to visit him today.

Otar Abesadze is accused of the crime committed under Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which imposes bribery and envisages from 6 to 8 years of imprisonment.
