Shorena Tetruashvili, a Secretary of the Patriarch is in the Tbilisi City Court. She will be questioned in regard to the Cyanide Case.

Before entering the trial, Shorena Tetruashvili has not made any comments. 

At today"s trial representatives of clergy and employees of the Patriarchate"s Secretariat will be questioned as well.

Father Iakob may be interrogated at today"s trial as well.

In parallel, the decision of the court about the appeal of the "Human Rights Center" should be announced today.

The City Court has refused to accept the suit filled by the NGO regarding the breach of the presumption of the Archbishop"s innocence. The organization has appealed to the higher instance.
