Occupation and Russian aggression were the main topics of meeting between the Presidents of Georgia and Ukraine today. The statements made by Petro Poroshenko on this issue caused a slight embracement . According to the President of Ukraine , it would be good for Georgia to have a document similar to the Minsk agreement.

" The Minsk Agreement is a unique instrument, unfortunately Georgia has no similar tool as an obligation signed by Russia," Petro Poroshenko said.

The President of Georgia,delicately reminded that Georgia was in the war in 2008, as a result of which the territories of the country are occupied and at this time the Sarkozy-Medvedev 6-point agreement on ceasefire was signed , which envisages withdrawal of troops and ceasefire.

This is one war for Georgia and Ukraine, because we firmly support each other and the principles of international law, but now we are dealing with this situation. The Minsk Agreement is not fulfilled, Russia has not fulfilled its August 2008 Agreements. There was a 1994 agreement, according to which Russia guaranteed to protect Ukraine"s independence and territorial integrity. This agreement, Budapest"s memorandum is totally lost.
