The Administration of the President of Georgia responds to the fact that two judges nominated by the Ministry of Justice as the candidates for the European Court have been rejected. Eka Mishveladze, the spokesperson of the president made an announcement today.

According to Mishveladze, the Ministry of Justice was not able to present competitive candidates.
"The Ministry of Justice could not or has not submitted competent candidates to the European Court," - said Eka Mishveladze.
