Nine Parliamentarians violate Constitution - conclusion of Transparency International - Georgia

Nine MPs of the Parliament violate the Constitution - Transparency International - Georgia publishes the conclusion. According to the organization, as a result of examining business activities and declarations of 150 MPs, it was found out that the MPs actively participate in business activities and state tenders, which is prohibited by Article 53 of the main law of the country and in this case envisages termination of authority.

In addition, Transparency International Georgia explains that in case of 30 MPs, property declarations are not complete.

According to the organization, the violations have been revealed both in the case of the ruling team and the opposition.
