The Georgian Young Lawyers` Association will present a suit in the Constitutional Court today. It is about the norm of the Code of Administrative Offenses that determines the terms for appealing against decision.

According to GYLA, the right to start a dispute is determined within 10 days from the date of decision, but it is often impossible to implement it, because the judge`s decision on this case is often not yet delivered in this period of time.
