The company "Business Development" , which is linked to Bidzina Ivanishvili has received the land plot on the coastal line of Batumi Botanical Garden and part of the Green Cape. The issue was discussed at the Batumi City Council session today.

11 members of the City Council have supported the initiative.

"Business Development" has received 6300 Sq.m of the Botanic Garden Coastline on lease for 49 years . 1500 sq.m of land for non-agricultural purposes near the botanical garden has been transferred through direct sale.
