The last charge against Irakli Pirtskhalava, which implies avoiding giving testimony, will begin on November 6.

The court passed the decision at today`s trial. Irakli Pirtskhalava stated that the accusation was absurd and the Prosecutor`s Office had procedural violations.

"They are coming out of stupidity and say that I did not give testimony, I have given testimony,"- said Irakli Pirtskhalava.
