The majority of the members of the Tbilisi City Hall have backed to change the status of the land plot near Pushkin Square and and transfer of it for one lari to Bidzina Ivanishvili`s company "Old City Development" for the construction of public parking .

Parking in front of the Museum on the Freedom square will be the property of Bidzina Ivanishvili. The parking will be used by the hotel , which is one of the main components of "Panorama Tbilisi" project.

The former chairman of the National Agency for Cultural Heritage Preservation states that the project will create a threat to the Museum of Arts.

Bidzina Ivanishvili"s another company, "Tabor Reserves" will receive part of the Botanical Garden, up to 5000 sq.m.
