"Do you think such a hurried amendment to the constitution is correct and proves high professionalism? - majority MP Nukri Kantaria asked Chairman of the Parliament Irakli Kobakhidze with regard to the planned amendments to Article 18 of the Constitution which pertains to access to public information.
According to the initiative of the Justice Ministry, the amendments imply the restriction of public information.
