"Geocell" buys "Silknet"

The company " Silknet" buys "Geocell". A cost of one of the biggest deals 153 million dollars.

The telecommunications company has recently officially confirmed an agreement with "Teliasonera" and "Turkcell", owners of Geocell.

As a result of the merger of "Silknet" and "Geocell", the new company will offer subscribers to mobile, fixed, cable and internet services a joint product.
