The Tbilisi City Court partially satisfied the claim of one of the clients of "Terrabank" and ordered the bank to pay more than $ 500,000 fine and sentenced the director of the branch to seven years" imprisonment.

The dispute started with the loss of 740 thousand dollars from its deposit.

The bank"s lawyers state that they have claims in the proceedings of the court, as they argue that the transaction between the client and the director of the bank branch was a deal which was not investigated.

Both sides plan to challenge the decision of the first instance court.
