Robakidze"s case - former head of the Criminal Police Department will be visited by his attorney

The former head of criminal police will be visited by the attorney at the penitentiary establishment today.

According to the lawyer, Zurab Bakradze will not be interrogated by the court or investigation. His statement cannot be included as a testimony. Zurab Bakradze was detained yesterday at the airport.

He is one of the persons charged on Buta Robakidze"s case, who during a television interview stated that the then head of the patrol police planted firearms when Buta Robakidze"s assassination took place.
