According to the MIA, the warrant of restraint on the murderer of a woman in Barnov Street was issued several hours before the incident.

MIA spreads a statement about it, saying that the identity of the offender is already established.

"The Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting intensive investigative activities on the fact of premeditated murder on April 13 of the current year of TG born in 1993. The identity of the person who committed the crime has already been established and the operative-searching activities are underway.

"A few hours before the murder, TG and her mother appeared at the police station and demanded a restraining order against the spouse of the latter, which was followed by police response.

"TG had left the police station alone on the grounds of personal affairs, and soon after the order was issued, the law enforcement officers arrived at the scene," said the statement of the Interior Ministry.
