European Georgia is announcing a new initiative on domestic violence against women.

Helen Khoshtaria held a briefing in the Kutaisi office of the party.

According to the MP, the initiative is ready according to which the police during the domestic violence shall apply the detention of a person for 48 hours instead of issuing a restrictive order.

European Georgia is ready to cooperate with all parties and make changes in an accelerated regime.
