Lawyers have received results of expertise conclusion on the case of Temirlan Machalikashvili. As a result of several forensic examinations, it was established that Machalikashvili"s fingerprint and DNA were not found.
The Georgian security service claims that the Special Forces officer shot him because he had a hand grenade and was going to explode law enforcers.
"The fingerprints of Teimirlan Machalikashvili are not fixed on the hand grenade, which was removed from the scene.
The main argument, that Temirlan was holding a grenade was not confirmed, "says lawyer Mariam Kublashvili.
