This is the disrespect of the parliament - the chairperson of the parliament states that the president"s protest is sad and the regulations of the parliament will not change.

Kobakhidze says that the regulations have the same power as law and can not be changed. Kobakhidze explains that according to the regulations the president answers the questions in the end.

Kobakhidze doubts that the president had planned to leave the hall beforehand.

"There is a doubt that this was a pre-planned step," Kobakhidze said.
