The so-called "Gold witness" on drug dealing case has already left Georgia.

The was questioning of Solomoni Matakashvili in the presence of the magister judge at the Tbilisi City Court lasted for 6 hours yesterday.

According to the defense, Matikashvili had previously received guarantees from the law enforcement agencies and the plan of leaving the country was already agreed.

The attorney of the accused in the case argues that in the video footage taken by Solomon Matakashvili, which is the main evidence of the Prosecutor"s Office, the accused is selling not drugs, but paracetamol.
