In connection with the events dedicated to the Independence Day of Georgia, the traffic movement will be banned on Rustaveli Avenue and Freedom Square.

The area will be opened only on Sunday morning. The stage is being set at Rose Square, where the gala concert is planned. According to the organizers, all the songs reflect the specific period of the last century.

Another scenario will be on the Freedom Square, where the new recruits will be sworn in - part of them will symbolically be dressed in uniforms of previous century.

Besides official visits, various kinds of entertainment and cognitive events will be held throughout the country. On the Freedom Square, military equipment will be exhibited.
