Eleven instead of fourteen - according to the new concept of government, the restructuring of ministries involves combining three ministries with other agencies.

Reportedly Ministries of Justice and Penitentiary, IDPs and Healthcare and Culture and Education will be united.

The greatest difficulty was a unification of Justice and Penitentiary Ministries. It is about the part of the investigation. However, according to the new constitution, the Prosecutor"s Office will be separated from the Ministry of Justice and will be formed as an independent service, so the problem is resolved and the changes will not apply to this agency.
