Investigation Commission sitting on Khorava Street murder case will be resumed on Monday. Zviad Kuprava and MIA investigators are expected in the parliament.

The commission members do not rule out that the investigation into the fact of wounding of one of the juveniles participating in the fight will be started.

"We are not looking for new circumstances, but we rely on those materials and testimonies that are at our hands. We will continue our discussion on Monday, if there is a difference between the members of the Commission, this time will be used to ensure that the Commission unanimously adopts the decision, "said the chairman of the commission Sergi Kapanadze.

According to Mamuka Mdinaradze, member of parliamentary majority, it is clear that according to the Rules of Procedure it is possible to initiate criminal prosecution against a particular person at the recommendation of the investigative commission.
