28-year-old Paata Arakelov, who was kidnapped by Russian occupants, has been detained so far. Russian occupants kidnapped another citizen of Georgia from the village of Zemo Avevi in Gori district. 28-year-old Paata Arakelov lives in a village near Akhrisi.

Family members of the kidnapped do not comment on the incident. Villagers say that this is not the first case of Arakelov"s detention.
